When we first started, we wished to be an ethical cycling apparel manufacturer to prevent the exploitation of workers or natural resources in the manufacturing of cycling clothing, so we’ve been trying to improve the working environment and employee treatment by installing air conditioning in each workplace, offering free staff lunches and snacks, using OKOTEX/BSCI certified textiles, and equal pay for equal effort.
