Order turnaround is impossible to precisely estimate without the details of a given project: turnaround times can depend on the services rendered and the complexity of the order. Standard orders are 2 weeks and remember that shipping times are not included in the turnaround estimate for your order.

Yes. Please indicate that your job should be rushed when you are ordering. If you submit an order and then ask for it to be rushed, there is a chance our production schedule will not allow us to fulfill your order as requested.

Please note: non-negotiable rush fees, calculated by the day, accompany all rush orders.

Yes, all of our products provide samples; simply select any product in our store to obtain a sample.

Ecyker Apparel will produce a free sample with any production order. However: free pre-production samples cannot be made until we have received a deposit on a production order.

If you would like a sample before placing a production order, we can accommodate your request - but only if you charge for the sample.

While we can technically make a finished sample of any garment, and offer 50% discount . If you want a sample anyway, please be aware of the cost.

We will complete samples within three days of receiving design approval.If we don't have the fabric in stock, it will take a few days to source it.

Yes, we can create samples based on your designs. If we have the fabric you require in stock, we will complete the sample in 3 days! If we don't have the fabric you need, we will spend a few days sourcing it; if we can't find the fabric you need, we will contact you to confirm if we can use other fabrics instead.

Manufacturing & Timing

The production quote is provided by our costing & finance department and It’s depending on your requirements. If you have key elements defined, like your tech pack, fabric, pattern, sample, please send them to [email protected] or use our contact page. Our team can provide a quote within 24-48 hours.

If you do not have these key elements defined, we can help you define them so we can arrive at a production quotation that fits your business.

You will always receive a proof of your order before it is put into production. We do not production without your express, written approval.

Please review your proofs carefully. Look over all the information listed within the proof, review the images carefully, and request changes with anything you are not happy with.

If you need changes made to your items, please let us know upon receipt of your proof. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes and errors that occur if you have approved production without carefully reviewing your proof information.
If you do not need changes to your proof, please reply to the e-mail and let us know you approve your proof for production. Remember, we cannot move forward with production until we have received written approval of a proof.

Our average first response time is approximately 2 hours, with a maximum response time of 24 hours. This is determined by the complexity of your inquiry.

Your order turnaround time begins when payment has been processed. Please take this into consideration when calculating your in-hands date.

Here’s an example — let’s say you contact Ecyker Apparel on the 1st of January for cycling garments. You need your garments on the 15th of January for an event. On the 1st of January, you begin the ordering process, and you let everyone know you need your goods on the 15th of January. After the order is initialized, however, you do not make a payment immediately — you wait until the 6th of January to make your payment. Unfortunately, at this point, we will need to either charge a rush fee, or we must deliver your goods with the standard two week turnaround for the 20th of January.

This is, again, because we do not begin processing your order until after you have submitted a payment

Shipping

DHL, FEDEX, UPS, by Sea, Special line, etc.
Sure, if you need to estimate the shipping cost, we'll need your shipping address as well as the number of pieces you want to purchase.
Usually it takes 1-7 days by air, and about 1 month by sea. At Ecyker We usually recommend using air freight, and based on previous experience, the approximate time required is as follows.

DHL 4-5 days 2-3 days
Fedex 7-10 days 4-5 days

Payments

  • For orders over $1,000: A deposit of 50% is required before production begins. The balance of your order is required before we release your finished products to you.
  • For orders under $1,000: Payment is due in full before production begins.

Please be aware that we do not begin production on an order until a deposit or a full payment has been completed. We additionally do not release finished goods under any circumstances without receiving payment in full.

Others

Absolutely not. At Ecyker Apparel, we do not share client names or examples of their garments or work. We value their imagination and creativity too much and we vow to protect each of our clients’ garments and apparel ideas. Rest assured, we would never share your brand name either which means that no one will ever know that we are your supplier.
At Ecyker Apparel, we unanimously prefer e-mail communication. This is for a variety of reasons. By far the most important reason for our preference for e-mail is that there is far less room for error. Phone calls are verbal, and there is no record of what was said during the call, only that it happened. With e-mail, both you and Ecyker Apparel employees have complete control over the content of a conversation. Written records will benefit both Ecyker Apparel and you, which is a win-win situation.
