How Long Does It Take To Produce My Items
Due to differences in quantity, process, etc., the production lead-time vary case to case. For expedited delivery we can do it in a week.
2 Week for regular lead time
Our normal lead time is 2 weeks. If the quantity is larger (>1000 pieces), it will take more time.
1 Week for emergency lead time
For customers who need expedited processing we can do it within a week, but there is a corresponding additional cost.

There are two types of shipping you can do with us.Ocean freight shipping and air-born shipping. We usually recommend air freight.

Yes, we can create samples based on your designs. If we have the fabric you require in stock, we will complete the sample in 3 days! If we don’t have the fabric you need, we will spend a few days sourcing it; if we can’t find the fabric you need, we will contact you to confirm if we can use other fabrics instead.
You can request a sample of any product you want to customize. We will charge a sample fee and shipping fee. The sample fee depends on the product type, style, quantity and design complexity. The sample time is usually 7-10 days.

We accept PayPal and credit card as payment methods. We require a 50% deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
Our delivery time is usually 2 weeks after order confirmation. We use DHL, FedEx and UPS as shipping methods. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose
